We have many students who truly know what it means to demonstrate LEADERSHIP in our building! Jon Negri, Ryder Barber, Liden Lancaster, Chase Warren, Rylan Rita and Dominic Sturgeon thank you for taking the lead on your own learning and leading by example! Speaking of LEADERSHIP, Mrs. Garrison went out of her way to tell me how much she appreciated Cevero Conselo-Salazar’s willingness to help others in need and LEAD by example!
Wow! As Mr. Conca visited our classrooms this week, he observed many of our students taking OWNERSHIP for their actions and demonstrating an amazing WORK ETHIC! This week, we'd like to recognize the following 6th Grade students for taking an active LEADERSHIP and OWNERSHIP role by volunteering to pick up trash around our school during recess and creating our school’s very first “The Nature Savers Club”! Thank you, Jordan Martin, Jenna Larson and Kamdan Epperson-Russell! Jordan, Jenna, and Kamdan said that this club is open to all students who are willing to volunteer their time, we’re really proud of these students! Wow! We have some student LEADERS in our school who are always willing to help others! For example, Guillermo Faudoa-Lucero is helping support a new student with translations and Ezekiel Santoyo recently helped our staff around the school! Crystal Castillo Moya, Jimena Garcia Mota and Caden Vann Pierson took OWNERSHIP for their own grades and made a conscious effort to do their best in all of their classes, great job everyone!

This week, we'd like to recognize Maddox Wells for demonstrating LEADERSHIP by taking it upon himself to help our newer students open their lockers! How about those 6th Graders? Wow! Our 6th Graders have demonstrated PERSEVERANCE navigating their new surroundings while being RESPECTFUL to our staff and each other! Our middle school students are amazing and inspire us every day!
